*We reserve the right to substitute parts of equal or greater value should the exact item not currently be in stock, should an adequate replacement item not be in stock, we reserve the right to return payment and cancel that order.

*We do not allow customer pickup of products, they must be shipped.

Here's a glossary of product conditions and what is implied therein:

*Pulled means, pulled from a working machine, these units are tested.

*Tested means, tested and found to be in good working condition.

*As-is means, not tested, no warranty.

*Refurb means, Refurbished by either our company or the manufacturer.
